A fast-paced, fulfillment business that has grown from 10 employees to 700 in just 20 months – flawlessly.
I established HR functions and implemented processes that enabled aggressive scaling successfully.

Lear Corporation

As Plant HR Manager,
I launched and managed HR functions for automotive corporate Grupo Antolin and drove change management after acquisition by Lear Corporation.

I recruited 400 employees in less than 10 months in a very complicated region with lack of resources
while building and securing a strong and motivated HR team.
Implementation of corporate and local HR policies, rules, and principles included.

Mondelez International

As a key HR member
of a vertical startup project,
I built amazing people teams aligned with High Performance Work Systems (HPWS) and Lean principles for brown-field Oreo biscuit production manufacturing plant at Mondelez International.

Liberty Global

As an HR Manager,
I implemented a Performance Management System on a country level covering thousands of employees and participated in global HR projects.
I received a country nomination for the global managerial talent program Fast Forward (2014).
