Kate is a highly efficient and effective HR lead, and a valuable business partner. I worked with Kate on a Brownfield start-up project, where Kate was my HR partner looking after the recruitment and on-boarding of our new line operatives; it was a high-pressure environment but Kate was always a positive influence on the team, and able to flex and prioritise effectively to meet new challenges.

I worked with Katerina during the integration of the former Grupo Antolin Seating Business into Lear Corporation. Katerina was my primary point of contact for Hranice. I found her to be extremely polite, responsive, caring and accommodating in trying to drive forwards the integration activity.

I had the pleasure to work with Katerina whilst at Liberty Global/UPC for a few years, when Katerina was part of the UPC Czech HR team. When I started on a Greenfield in Grupo Antolin I counted with Katka as HR Manager in my team. We faced together many challenges on recruitment level and people management. Her empathy, experience and energy helped me in many ways and kept me confident to have such a great person in my team. It was a great pleasure to work with her.

Kate is one of the few true HR leaders who don't only look at achieving (financial) results but who has the right level of empathy to lead a team and also to inspire others.
